The Role of Financial Controller
*Run all financial reporting and deliver accurate, timely consolidated accounts
*Lead budgeting and forecasting with a laser focus on performance and profitability
*Drive tax compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory accuracy
*Manage cashflow, FX risk, treasury operations, and liquidity planning
*Build a culture of strong internal controls and financial discipline
*Oversee ERP improvements, automation, and reporting optimisation
*Mentor a finance team and influence senior stakeholders across the business
The Candidate for Financial Controller
*5–10 years’ financial leadership experience
*ACA/ACCA preferably with practice experience
*Strong systems and data capability (SAGE 200, ERP, advanced Excel)
*A detail-obsessed, commercially aware finance leader who thrives under pressure
