Are you looking to gain some further experience in a Lab Setting? Do you have prior experience in Lab Support/Technician duties?
A Laboratory Incubator Space in Glasgow, Scotland are currently seeking a Lab Technician to join them immediately on initially a temporary basis for 3 months , with the possibility of extending or going permanent. The Laboratory space houses multiple tenants across various Labs; your responsibilities will ensure the smooth operation of these Labs.


ROLE OVERVIEW:
*£15 ph, Full Time 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8AM-5:30 , starting w/c 19/01/26
*Oversee maintenance and refilling of liquid nitrogen and gas cylinders.
*Ordering and storage of consumables.
*Maintenance of Water Purification System
*Support Tenants of the Laboratories and act as an intermediary to facilitate external support (i.e from maintenance engineers)
*Oversee and maintain adherence to Health and Safety requirements.
*Monitoring and calibrating PH Meters.


TO BE CONSIDERED
*You must be available to begin Immediately Glasgow, Scotland.
*Prior experience in a similar Lab Technician or Lab Support Role.
*Experience handling Liquid Nitrogen and Gas Cylinders.
*Experience calibrating pH Meters
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Manual Handling capability.
