ALF Recruit are partnered exclusively with a leading Financial Services business based near Manchester City Centre to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their marketing team as part of the ongoing growth of the business
What’s on offer?
*Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
*Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Manchester office

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of delivering a high-impact marketing strategy within a growing, forward-thinking organisation. Operating as a key member of the marketing function, you will lead on content creation, campaign delivery, brand development and team leadership.
This is a newly created role which will suit a candidate who is driven and progressive but still with scope for development
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
*Delivering and executing the marketing strategy across multiple channels
*Leading, mentoring, and developing two direct reports
*Creating high-quality, engaging content for digital, social, website, email and customer communications
*Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
*Managing and evaluating campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise activity
*Supporting product launches, events and wider business initiatives
*Managing external agencies and suppliers where required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
*Has proven experience as a Marketing Manager or is a strong Senior Marketing Executive ready to step up
*Ideally has experience within financial services or property related environment (not essential)
*Is confident producing high-quality content and managing brand tone
*Can balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery
*Has experience leading or developing team members
*Brings creativity, commercial awareness and strong communication skills
