Job Title: Part-Time Office Manager
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: Flexible part-time (4-5 shorter days, with 2 days in the office)
My client, a vibrant marketing agency based in Manchester City Centre, is looking for a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to join their team. This is a varied role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities * Finance administration including invoicing, VAT returns, and forecasting
* Managing relationships with third-party suppliers
* Data entry and analysis of client feedback
* Supporting the team with event planning and coordination
* Diary management and general administrative support
* Handling additional ad hoc tasks as required
