Property Manager
*Annual Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata
*Location: Shoreham by Sea
*Job Type: Part time - 3 or 4 days
We are seeking a Part Time Property Manager to join an established multi-disciplinary property organisation known for its outstanding service and professional work environment. This role is ideal for someone with a proven property management background, eager to take responsibility for a fully managed residential portfolio of approx 120 properties.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Liaising with tenants, landlords, and other third parties to ensure smooth operations.
*Handling ongoing property maintenance issues and arranging mid-term tenancy inspections.
*Managing compliance, ensuring all properties meet current legislation with the necessary checks and certificates.
*Overseeing end-of-tenancy processes, including check-outs and deposit returns.
*Handling tenancy renewals and serving legal notifications.
*Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property management legislation and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven background in property management.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.
*Full UK driving licence is essential.
*Natural problem-solving abilities with a capacity to remain calm under pressure.
*Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to challenges.
*Ability to work effectively within a team.
