Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Leeds
Are you an experienced Customer Service or Technical Sales Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? Our Leeds-based engineering client is expanding and seeking a proactive, commercially minded Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical admin experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: * Manage customer enquiries, orders and communications from start to finish
* Produce and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) accurately
* Read and interpret engineering drawings to support quotations and order processing
* Work closely with sales, engineering, planning and production teams
* Prepare detailed quotations and ensure all commercial information is accurate
* Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
* Support continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance processes
* Handle general sales administration, documentation, and project coordination
About You: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service, sales admin or technical admin role
* Experience within engineering, manufacturing or a technical environment
* Able to read technical drawings
* Strong understanding of BOMs and commercial documentation
* Excellent communication skills - confident dealing with customers and internal teams
* Highly organised, detail-driven and able to manage multiple tasks
* Strong IT skills, including ERP/CRM systems
