The company supplies customers across luxury hospitality, national hotel and QSR groups, wholesale and on-trade distribution, retail and forecourts, travel catering, NHS and emergency services, utilities, private label, and major leisure, sports and arena venues.

With natural sources in both England Wales and Scotland, the company manufactures across multiple formats - glass, PET, aluminium cans, aluminium bottles, Tetra Pak.
We’re now hiring a New Business Sales Manager to spearhead growth across Hospitality and the HORECA sectors, opening new routes to market and expanding distribution across premium hotels, restaurants, bars, and leading coffee shop chains. This is a pure new-business role: mapping the market, identifying high-value operators, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into meaningful, scalable revenue. You’ll drive wider availability for the portfolio, open strategic doors, and ensure our brands gain strong visibility across the most influential venues in the industry.
The Role
*Own and develop the new-business cycle - sourcing, pitching and converting across routes to market and end customer.
*Build a strong pipeline across your customer universe, identifying gaps, trends and whitespace.
*Deliver compelling brand plans that showcase the Ty Nant range and ensuring the correct fit by prospect type.
*Negotiate commercial agreements that drive profitable, sustainable growth.
*Manage the ongoing relationship with the customer looking at continuous growth and improvement.
*Champion the brand externally, representing a premium British business with huge potential.
About You
*Bring established relationships with key buyers, operators and decision-makers across premium hotels, restaurants, bars, coffee shop groups and the wider Hospitality and HORECA sectors, supported by strong knowledge of how these channels operate across all formats.
*A natural hunter who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities and winning new business - not simply managing existing accounts.
*A proven track record of securing new listings within Hospitality and HORECA, with experience working effectively through wholesale and route-to-market partners.
*Commercially sharp, able to build compelling, insight-led pitches and negotiate confidently with senior stakeholders.
*Resilient, energetic and motivated by targets, autonomy and fast-paced growth environments.
