Freelance Technical Artworker - Floorplans Luxury Residential Mid-Senior (Illustrator & CAD)
Day rate: £255 per day (via Umbrella)
Location: Remote, with occasional visits to the London HQ
Hours: 9am-6pm, days flexible depending on project workload
Duration: Flexible, ad hoc depending on the project they are allocated to
About the role
A luxury lifestyle brand is looking for a technically strong Mid - Senior Artworker to support on detailed floorplan projects for the residential side of the business. You will translate design concepts and architectural information into accurate, print-ready floorplans for high-end sales brochures and marketing materials.
Key responsibilities
*Produce precise, technically accurate floorplans for residential marketing and sales brochures
*Work from supplied drawings/mark-ups and ensure consistency with brand guidelines
*Prepare artwork files that are fully print-ready and suitable for multiple formats
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret amends and updates quickly
*Manage your own workload and deadlines in line with project timelines

Essential skills & experience
*Strong technical artwork background, ideally in property, residential or hotel sectors (or similar)
*Proven experience artworking detailed floorplans and layouts for print
*Excellent Illustrator and CAD skills
*Confident working independently and remotely, with clear communication
*Access to your own laptop and software setup

Nice to have but not essential
*Experience with luxury or premium brands
*Familiarity with wider brochure/layout design workflows

*Mostly remote, with occasional in person meetings at the London office when needed
