We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Lecturer to join a welcoming Further Education College in Walthamstow. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact on learners and thrive in a supportive academic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:*Teach BTEC Business at mainly Level 2, with some T Level and Level 3.
*Prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet curriculum standards.
*Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
*Participate in curriculum development activities and staff meetings.
*Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student success.
Timetable:*Monday: 9:00 – 17:00
*Tuesday: 9:00 – 16:30
*Wednesday: 10:45 – 17:00
*Thursday: 10:45 – 14:45
*Friday: 9:00 – 16:45
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Must have a DBS on the Update Service
*Relevant degree in Business or a related field.
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Proven experience as a Business Lecturer or similar role.
*Strong understanding of BTEC, T Level, and Level 3 business curriculum.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
