We are recruiting for a new static maintenance assistant position to be based in London near Waterloo station. You will be working in a dedicated team and be working across an interesting portfolio of buildings including education settings, residential buildings, offices and the retail sector. This is the job for a multi skilled maintenance technician with a friendly and professional approach to join a well run and growing enterprise. This is a Monday to Friday role, static, 35 hours per week.

Within this maintenance technician’s role you will be performing a mix of PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks including:
*Weekly and monthly PPMs
*Emergency light testing
*Water testing
*Minor electrical maintenance
*Plumbing duties
*Fabric maintenance
*Providing a triage assessment and liaising with specialist contractors


To be successful as a Maintenance Technician we are looking for:
*Knowledge and proven practical experience of delivering front line fabric/building maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, repairing fixtures and fittings.
*A friendly and approachable attitude
*A recognised Maintenance Qualification Level 2 or above would be desirable
