Job Title: Employability / Work Coach
Location: Centre based
Salary: up to £28,000

Essential Criteria:
*Must have experience of working in a similar role (e.g., Recruitment / IAG / Employability).
*Must be able to engage with individuals who possess complex needs/barriers.
*Experience of working towards KPIs.
*GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade C (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
The Role:
*To identify individual learner needs, and create personalised learning plans that support long-term employment goals.
*Regularly review learner progress to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
*Collect feedback from learners to continually improve curriculum content.
*Manage workbook distribution, collection, marking and provide clear, constructive feedback.
*Encourage positive attitudes and behaviours towards learning, training, and employment.
*Accurately update and maintain learner records.
*Complete all administrative tasks, including learner registrations, enrolment forms, ILPs, reviews, registers and awarding-body documentation.
*Meet all contractual KPIs and performance expectations under the Prison Education Service Contract.
