This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a world-class operation, working with cutting-edge CNC machining and robotic welding technology.
Key Responsibilities
*Set and operate horizontal and vertical CNC milling machinery.
*Manufacture high-precision components to tight tolerances for demanding applications.
*Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
*Maintain exceptional standards of quality, accuracy, and cleanliness.
*Carry out routine maintenance and ensure maximum machine efficiency.
*Collaborate effectively within a skilled team to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating CNC milling machines in a precision engineering environment.
*Confident working to tight tolerances across a variety of materials.
*Proficient with Fanuc programming.
*Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical, quality-driven mindset.
*Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
*Solid mechanical understanding and competence with hand tools.
*Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing top-quality work.
*Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
