Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 DOE
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne - Fully Office Based
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Mon-Fri (08:00 - 18:00)

What You’ll Do
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting senior leaders and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
*Manage complex diaries and coordinate seamless scheduling for senior stakeholders.
*Organise meeting logistics, prepare materials, and support all aspects of meeting preparation.
*Create polished presentation materials for internal and external audiences.
*Screen calls with professionalism, facilitate conference calls, and handle external correspondence.
*Build strong working relationships across departments in a professional and approachable manner.
*Arrange business travel, prepare itineraries, and ensure efficient planning.
*Support the planning and delivery of firmwide events to strengthen organisational cohesion.
*Conduct research, maintain meticulous records, and support ad hoc administrative projects.
*Collaborate closely with the wider Business Administration and Executive Assistant teams to provide dependable, high-quality support.
What You Bring
You’ll bring proven experience providing high-level support in fast-paced environments, along with exceptional organisational ability, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
*A minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree from a Russell Group university (or international equivalent).
*At least two years’ experience in an EA or business administration role.
*Strong IT proficiency, including advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
*Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
*Meticulous attention to detail across all tasks.
*Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to anticipate stakeholder needs.
*A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to shared goals.
