Repairs and Maintenance Surveyor

*Job Type: Full-time, Temp
*Salary: £22.20 per hour PAYE
We are seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Surveyor to join our team. This role involves travelling around the borough to conduct surveys on housing stock, identifying necessary repairs, and liaising with contractors and customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in damp and mould alongside traditional surveying experience.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Travel within the borough using your own vehicle to carry out surveys on housing stock.
*Complete reports and paperwork using a provided iPad.
*Liaise with contractor partners, customers, and other relevant parties regarding necessary works.
*Focus on damp and mould issues, providing expert advice and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in surveying, particularly with a focus on damp and mould.
*Ability to use an iPad for report writing and data entry.
*Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with all parties involved.
*Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel for surveys.
