Recruitment Consultant

Your role
In this fast-paced, client-facing role, you’ll be right at the heart of our business development engine:
*Driving outbound calls to warm and existing clients through our CRM
*Spotting opportunities by canvassing adverts across sales, technical and commercial markets
*Following up on hot leads provided by consultants
*Taking detailed, consultative job specifications and shaping recruitment strategies
*Building genuine partnerships and gaining real client commitment
*Keeping every conversation documented and the CRM accurate and up to date
*Updating consultants with vacancy progress and market insights
*Bringing energy and ideas to team meetings
*Researching and developing new business opportunities, converting prospects into long-term clients
Person Specification
We’re looking for someone who’s not just good — but hungry for success:
*An interest in IT or technology is welcomed but not essential
*Previous recruitment or proven sales experience is required
*A natural target-hitter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
*Confident, persuasive, and commercially minded
*Highly driven with a strong determination to succeed
*Excellent telephone manner with polished communication skills
*Organised, disciplined and detail-focused
*Ambitious, proactive and consistently positive
Package
*Up to £35,000 basic salary plus genuinely uncapped commission
*20 days holiday (rising to 25 with service)
*Pension scheme
