Programme Lead - Beauty Therapy
*Annual Salary: £250 - £320 per day

*Job Type: Full-time (35 hours per week)
We are seeking a Programme Lead for Beauty Therapy at our college. This role involves managing staff and overseeing the delivery of Level 3 Beauty Therapy courses within a further education setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty therapy education and management.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Oversee the delivery of Level 3 Beauty Therapy courses.
*Manage and support the teaching staff within the beauty therapy department.
*Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment are maintained.
*Develop and implement curriculum improvements and innovative teaching strategies.
*Monitor and evaluate the performance of courses and provide reports to senior management.
*Liaise with industry professionals to ensure the curriculum meets current industry standards.
*Handle administrative duties related to course management and staff coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in managing educational programmes, preferably in beauty therapy or a related field.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*A thorough understanding of the further education sector and relevant qualifications in beauty therapy.
*Ability to work effectively with staff, students, and industry partners.
