About the Role:
Engage Education are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) who is confident taking on HLTA-level responsibilities within a thriving primary school in Wakefield. This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop your teaching practice while contributing actively to whole-school support and classroom delivery.
You will join a supportive and dedicated team in a nurturing environment with excellent facilities. The school is committed to the professional development of its staff and provides a strong foundation for early career teachers looking to grow, gain experience, and make an impact.

The ideal applicant will be:
*A qualified ECT (Early Career Teacher) eager to develop and gain experience
*Confident taking on HLTA responsibilities, including leading small groups, covering classes, and supporting lesson delivery
*Experienced in working with children across primary age ranges
*Able to guide and support teaching assistants, including contributing to their professional development
*Confident working with pupils with a wide range of SEND needs
*Able to demonstrate a secure understanding of the National Curriculum
*An inspiring educator with a genuine passion for working with children
*Creative, enthusiastic, and able to bring new ideas to the classroom
