Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Part Qualified Accountant for a well established and growing company in Runcorn.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
The main duties include:
*Prepare and post journals for accruals, prepayments, and other month-end adjustments.
*Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
*Support the development of improved reporting tools and dashboards for senior management.
*Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate monthly depreciation
*Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and annual audits.
*Oversee accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments.
*Manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely collection and accurate cash allocation.
*Manage bank reconciliations.
*Support the Finance Manager in preparing annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
*Contribute to system enhancements and automation
Our client is looking for a candidate who:
*Is currently studying CIMA, ACCA or ACA
*Has management accounts experience
*Has good Excel skills
*Has the ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels
*Is used to working in a fast paced environment
*Is self motivated, with a positive approach
