About the role:
This is a varied and engaging position where no two days are the same. You’ll split your time between the office and conducting property viewings, giving you full exposure to the estate agency process.
It’s an exceptionally rare opportunity to enter the industry without prior experience.
What we’re looking for:
A confident, clear communicator
Strong organisational skills
Someone well presented and comfortable speaking with clients daily
A proactive individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
Local knowledge of Tunbridge Wells is an advantage (but not essential)
A full driving licence is required
You will manage your own desk and work within the local area. As with most property roles, you’ll work every Saturday, but you’ll receive a day off in lieu.
What’s on offer:
Starting salary: £24,000, rising to £28,000 with profit share
