Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established Financial Services company based in Exeter who are looking to appoint an Administrator to support their busy office team.
This is a highly organised support role suited to an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and managing a steady flow of varied administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing day-to-day administrative and processing support to senior team members
*Submitting and tracking applications and related documentation
*Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
*Communicating with external organisations and suppliers
*Monitoring workflow and ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines
*Supporting general office administration when required
The ideal candidate will have
*Previous experience in an administrative, office-based role
*Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
*Ability to manage workload under pressure
*A proactive and reliable approach

*Salary £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
