Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Ensuring daily deliveries and collections are completed accurately and efficiently.
*Inputting bookings into transport software (TOPS).
*Handling incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
*Managing sub-contractors and customer accounts effectively.
*Maintaining operational software with precision.
*Performing additional tasks and duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong knowledge of UK geography.
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a distribution environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
