Job Description:
SEND Provision Assistant – Primary School (Cambridge)
Pay: £145.00 per day
We are seeking an experienced professional to support SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) provision within our primary school in Cambridge. This is a vital role for ensuring that children with complex needs receive the right support and opportunities to thrive.
What we’re looking for:
*Strong experience in Early Help Assessments (EHAs) and writing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
*Ability to liaise effectively with Access and Inclusion teams.
*Skilled in initiating neuro-referrals and coordinating with external agencies.
*Experience working alongside specialist teachers to arrange tailored provision.
*A proactive approach to supporting children with complex needs and ensuring appropriate interventions are in place.
