Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner – Hailsham
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Pension + Life Assurance + Bonus (OTE £37,000)
Location: Hailsham, East Sussex

A respected independent Mortgage & Financial Advisory firm in Hailsham is seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Paraplanner to join their friendly and professional team. You’ll support senior advisers, manage mortgage cases from application to completion, and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing mortgage & protection applications
*Liaising with clients, lenders & solicitors
*Preparing reports, illustrations & compliance documentation
*Managing CRM/back-office systems (e.g., Intelliflo/Xplan)
Requirements:
*Experience in mortgage administration or paraplanning
*Strong communication & organisational skills
*Knowledge of FCA requirements
*CeMAP qualified
*Local to Hailsham
