Working with a blended project team of consultants to provide Commercial & Procurement support to this Government department to proactively support the team, picking up sourcing projects, queries and ongoing team requests to help manage an increase in demand of projects.
You will be tasked to provide Commercial support across Digital and Corporate Service areas and have previous experience with the following areas:
*Ability to lead sourcing projects proactively and independently, and in line with Procurement Regulations. Support with requirements, develop ITT Packs, run tenders, award and contract.
*Provide ongoing commercial guidance and support to Business Partnering areas.
*Manage Variation requests in line with Procurement Regulations, seeking expertise as required (including GLD)
*Keep internal reporting and systems up to date
*Manage commercial pipelines
*Assisting in team planning and organisation.
