Working for a global company with a strong international presence, you will assist in supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle invoicing and ensure timely processing of client and supplier invoices.
*Manage credit control, including monitoring outstanding payments and following up as required.
*Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
*Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
*Utilise Sage Line 50 for day-to-day accounting tasks.
*Provide general office administration assistance, including filing, data entry, and document management.
*Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience Required
*Proven experience in a similar accounts role.
*Proficiency in Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
*Good communication skills and a professional approach.
*AAT qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
