Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our client’s B2B marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, and is adept at managing both people and projects. As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results, and supporting the overall growth of the business. Please note this role is based in Dartford - onsite - driving licence essential
Day-to-day of the role:
* Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, and content) to generate leads and nurture prospects.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
* Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including workflows, automation, and reporting.
* Ensure data integrity and leverage HubSpot analytics for campaign performance tracking.
* Create compelling copy for email campaigns, landing pages, social media, and other digital assets as required.
* Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
* Oversee SEO, PPC, and social media strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
* Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
* Manage and mentor a team of 4 marketing professionals, ensuring clear objectives and professional development.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing strategies.
*Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Hub) is essential.
*Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
*Strong copywriting skills and ability to produce engaging content when needed.
*Solid knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
*Excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
