IFA Administrator
Location: Stoke on Trent
Salary: Up to £30,000 (Negotiable)


We are working on behalf of a highly reputable financial planning firm who are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual with strong financial services experience to support advisers and deliver exceptional client service.


Role Overview
As a Financial Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners and paraplanners, managing a variety of tasks that ensure smooth and compliant client processes from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities
*Preparing valuation reports
*Diary management, including arranging client review appointments
*Preparing documentation for review meetings
*Obtaining provider information
*Running risk profiler results using Dynamic Planner
*Processing new business across investments, pensions, IHT planning and trusts
*Ensuring all compliance documents are complete prior to submission
*Submitting business to providers or via platforms
*Completing client withdrawal instructions
*Updating back-office systems to maintain accurate client records
*Liaising with clients and supporting with queries
*General administrative duties including filing, scanning, photocopying and answering calls

*Ability to plan, multi-task and meet deadlines
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
*Solid product knowledge and understanding of financial planning processes
*Multi-platform experience with good systems awareness
*Clear understanding of conduct rules and compliance requirements
*Proactive approach to ensuring a high-quality client experience
Desirable
*Experience using Intelligent Office, FE Analytics and Dynamic Planner
*Ability to support Financial Planners with complex client cases
*Personal attributes including honesty, integrity, adaptability, enthusiasm and dependability
*Strong commitment to personal and professional development
