Call Centre Agent – Be the Voice That Makes a Difference
Location: Leatherhead
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Role
Salary: £24,570 Per Annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, rotational shift pattern between 7am – 8pm (5 shifts of 7.5 hours)
Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems over the phone? We’re looking for a Call Centre Agent to join a dynamic team supporting essential property maintenance services.
This is more than just a call-handling role, it’s about providing reassurance, clarity, and excellent service to residents across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Answer incoming calls and provide updates on scheduled maintenance and repair works.
*Offer clear guidance and support to residents, ensuring a consistent and professional experience.
*Accurately log all calls and update internal systems.
*Escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams.
*Support with general administrative tasks as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
* Essential:
*GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
*Previous experience in customer service and administration
*Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Desirable:
*Customer Service qualifications
*Fire Warden, First Aid, or Display Screen Equipment training
*Confident and professional telephone manner
