Setting: Family-run nursery (60-place capacity)
Salary: £12.30 – £13.50 per hour

About the RoleWe are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Nurse to join our friendly, family-run nursery located near Bramhall village in Stockport.
You will play a key role in providing high-quality care, learning, and development opportunities for children across the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment at all times.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 practitioner who is passionate about early years education and is looking to join a supportive team where staff wellbeing and professional growth are genuinely prioritised.
Key ResponsibilitiesChildcare & Development*Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences following the EYFS framework.
*Support children’s individual needs, interests, and developmental stages.
*Plan and participate in engaging activities that promote learning through play.
*Build warm, positive relationships with children to support their emotional wellbeing.
Teamwork & Communication*Work collaboratively as part of a supportive early years team.
*Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
*Contribute ideas to planning, activities, and continuous improvement of the nursery environment.
Safety & Compliance*Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
*Maintain accurate records, observations, and reports as required.
*Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, nappy changing, toileting, and hygiene procedures.
