Legal Secretary – Private Client
Spalding (onsite 5-days)
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
I am working alongsidean established full-service law firm, who are going through a large growth phase.
They are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client department. This role will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners and help ensure efficient workflow across the team.
Responsibilities:
*Audio typing, digital dictation and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
*Managing case files including electronic filing, document storage and archiving.
*Handling incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, printing and photocopying.
*Diary management, arranging meetings, appointments and travel.
*Liaising with clients by phone, email and in person, delivering professional client care.
*Supporting Private Client work including drafting and handling Wills, LPAs, Trust and Estate administration paperwork, Land Registry forms and related documents.
*Maintaining compliance processes, assisting with billing and adhering to internal procedures.
About You:
*Previous experience as a legal secretary (Private Client desirable but not essential).
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and digital dictation.
*Excellent attention to detail, grammar and document formatting.
*Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
*Professional communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach.
