Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant * Supporting pupils with SEN including autism, ADHD, SEMH and language needs

* Helping deliver learning activities and supporting classroom routines

* Encouraging engagement, confidence and positive behaviour

* Adapting quickly to different year groups and school environments

* Providing essential support to ensure pupils feel safe, included and settled

Learning Support Assistant - Requirements * Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or SEN support worker

* Strong communication and ability to build rapport quickly

* Calm, patient and supportive approach to behaviour

* Flexibility for short-notice cover requests

* Reliability when working across multiple Enfield schools
