A welcoming and supportive primary school in DN4 is seeking a confident and proactive HLTA to join their team from January 2026. This is a long-term supply role through Reed Education, offering the chance to work across the full primary age range and make a real impact.
About the Role:
*Cover classes from Nursery through to Year 6, delivering all aspects of the curriculum confidently.
*Take responsibility for intervention sessions, supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
*Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
What We’re Looking For:
*A qualified HLTA or experienced teaching assistant with HLTA-level skills.
*Confidence in delivering lessons across all primary year groups.
*A proactive, adaptable approach and strong classroom management skills.
*Ability to support pupils with varying needs, including SEN and EAL.
