1:1 Learning Support Assistant – KS1

Start Date: January 2026 | Contract: Long-Term Supply
A welcoming and supportive primary school in DN4 is looking for a nurturing and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a KS1 child from January 2026. This is a long-term supply role through Reed Education, offering the chance to make a real difference in a child’s development.
About the Role:
*Provide individualised support to a KS1 pupil, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
*Assist with phonics and language development – strong knowledge in these areas is highly desirable.
*Be comfortable with personal care responsibilities as part of the role.
*Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement tailored strategies.
