Join our client’s highly rated and award-winning team at our Bristol office, where they cover a broad spectrum of real estate work including property finance, commercial and residential development, and regeneration projects. They are looking for a Real Estate Associate with strong experience in the field, ready to handle high-value and complex cases alongside well-regarded partners.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Work closely with a team that manages national and local high-value commercial real estate projects.
*Engage in a variety of sector-focused specialisms including transport and logistics, clean energy, telecoms, waste, and sustainability.
*Provide legal advice and support across major sectors and industries, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
*Collaborate with both private and public bodies on a range of real estate matters.
*Adapt to the level of experience, with tasks tailored to enhance your professional growth in the field.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Circa 1+ years’ PQE, gained within a strong commercial practice.
*Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
*Proven track record of competent financial management and the ability to meet client expectations with sound case management skills.
*Self-motivated and friendly, with excellent interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in IT, with experience using case management systems, electronic time recording, and general Microsoft packages.
*Commitment to maintaining up-to-date technical expertise in accordance with SRA competence standards.
