Treasury ManagerLocation: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

Role OverviewWe are recruiting a Treasury Manager for a well-established organisation based in Birmingham. This role combines strong banking and funding expertise with responsibility for regulatory-focused reporting, governance and controls.
You will manage banking relationships, oversee liquidity and risk management, and ensure accurate regulatory and compliance reporting to support internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities*Own and manage key banking relationships, acting as the main contact for lenders and financial institutions
*Manage and negotiate banking facilities, credit lines and covenant compliance
*Oversee cash pooling structures, liquidity frameworks and bank account architecture
*Manage FX and interest rate risk, including hedging strategies and documentation
*Oversee daily cash positioning and short-/long-term cash flow forecasting
*Lead regulatory and compliance reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
*Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews and information requests
*Maintain control over bank mandates, KYC processes and signatory governance
*Ensure strong controls over payments, approvals and bank reconciliations
*Produce treasury, liquidity and regulatory reporting for senior management

Skills & ExperienceEssential:
*Proven experience in a treasury role with strong banking and regulatory reporting exposure
*Strong understanding of bank products, facilities, covenants and compliance requirements
*Experience managing regulatory or compliance-driven reporting processes
*Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Desirable:
*ACT qualification (or working towards)
*Experience within a regulated environment (e.g. financial services)
