Multi-Skilled Operator (Machine Operator / Digital Printer Operator / Sign Fitter)
Location: Hungerford
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum + Monthly & Annual Bonuses (based on experience and KPI achievement)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and hands-on individual to join our team in Hungerford. This is a multi-skilled position combining machine operation, digital printing, and sign fitting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Operate and maintain digital printing machinery
*Assist with sign fitting and installation
*Perform welding tasks as required
*Handle heavy lifting and manual assembly work
*Ability to work in a small team
*Ensure quality control and accurate production output
*Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
*Support general manufacturing and production duties
Requirements
*Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
*Reliable and punctual, able to work early morning/day shifts
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
