Cheltenham
£28,000 - £32,000
35 hour working week
What’s in it for you:

Must Have’s to be a successful Project Manager
· Experience directly liaising with clients
· Track-record of managing a high work load with tight, conflicting delivery milestones
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you’ll be constantly coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders
· Ability to deliver projects ahead of deadlines and on budget
· Strong attention to detail
· Great problem-solving skills and be solution-orientated at all times
· Team Player – you’ll be working in a small, friendly and close-knit collaborative team
Nice to Have’s to be a successful Project Manager
· Educated to degree level
· Any experience in the medical sector, although this is not essential
What will you be doing:
· Setting up market research projects
· Briefing the internal recruitment team of the requirements
· Managing client relationships to ensure objectives are achieved, addressing concerns, and providing solutions when challenges arise
· Running 15-25 projects simultaneously
· Helping to manage internal resources
· Problem-solving to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
· Adhering to industry compliance standards and GDPR requirements
· Contacting and updating clients
· Completing all tasks efficiently
· Playing an active role in client briefings and project administration
