Job Description:
L&D Administrator/Coordinator
*Hourly Rate: £18.00 - £20.00 PAYE plus holiday pay
*Location: Central Birmingham
*Job Type: Contract (3 months)
*Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week in the office, the rest working remotely
*Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week
We are seeking 2 L&D Administrator/Coordinator to join our team starting in the new year. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, who thrives in managing training logistics and supporting learning and development activities.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and coordinate training schedules, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
*Liaise with freelancers, suppliers, and internal teams to organise training venues and materials.
*Provide high-quality customer service by resolving queries and complaints professionally.
*Utilise IT skills to maintain records and manage data in systems such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
*Support the financial aspects of training programs, including budgeting and financial planning.
*Analyse training needs and create support strategies to meet organisational objectives.
*Maintain awareness of the organisation’s content and goals to align training activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in planning and organising complex schedules.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise, influence, and build relationships.
*Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
*Skilled in problem-solving and innovation, with a knack for identifying issues and crafting efficient solutions.
*Analytical thinker with experience assessing logistical needs.
*IT literacy, particularly in Outlook, Word, Excel, and the capacity to quickly learn new systems.
*Understanding of training principles, including scheduling, delivery, and design.
*Knowledge of financial management related to training and development.
