What you’ll be doing:
*Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
*Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles across departments
*Supporting the FC with strategic financial planning and analysis
*Managing month-end and year-end close processes
*Producing variance analysis and commentary for senior stakeholders
*Overseeing cash flow forecasting and working capital management
*Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in line with statutory requirements
*Liaising with auditors and supporting the audit process
*Maintaining and improving internal controls and financial procedures
*Assisting with system and process improvements to drive efficiency
*Business partnering with department heads to support financial decision-making
What we’re looking for:
*QBE, ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified (or nearly there!)
*Experience in a busy finance environment – ideally within manufacturing
*A confident communicator who enjoys working with people across the business
*Someone who can juggle deadlines without dropping the ball (or their sense of humour)
