About the role:
To provide leadership and guidance to all shop floor colleagues on shift in the process department. Responsible for delivering KPI’s in terms of safety, food safety, quality, cost and service.

Key Responsibilities:
*Overseeing a team of up to 20 at any one time
*Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and environmental standards.
*Plan and implement line improvement initiatives.
*Communicate effectively with colleagues.
*Develop team members and share good practices.
