HR Generalist
12-month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid | Hertfordshire
* Location: Hertfordshire (commutable from Luton, Stevenage, Letchworth, Cambridge, Bedford)
* Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
* Salary: Up to £48,000 plus 25 days’ holiday
A well-established organisation based near Stevenage is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role will see you providing comprehensive generalist HR support across the UK workforce.
Key Responsibilities: * Providing HR advice and support to managers, including guidance on HR processes and employment law
* Managing employee relations matters end to end
* Supporting performance management processes
* Contributing to HR projects and initiatives
* Delivering generalist HR administration and support as required
About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong generalist HR background, including hands-on experience managing ER casework, along with solid knowledge of UK employment law. You must also be available to start a new role early in the New Year.
CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
