Job Description:
A modern, independent fund and fiduciary-services firm that provides tailored fund administration, corporate services and private-wealth solutions to fund managers, entrepreneurs, family offices and high-net-worth clients. Operating across multiple jurisdictions (including the UK, Luxembourg, Jersey and Guernsey), supporting the full lifecycle of private-capital funds, from fund formation and structuring, through investor onboarding, capital calls and distributions, to financial reporting, audit support and eventual wind-up.

Qualifications & Experience:
*ACA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
*Knowledge of fund structures, financial reporting, and accounting for private equity, hedge funds, real estate funds, and other alternative investments.
*Proven experience in managing large, complex client portfolios, including senior-level client management and relationship building.
*Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, such as IFRS, US GAAP, and AIFMD, as well as tax compliance and reporting requirements for funds.
*Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
*Demonstrated experience in business development, including client acquisition and retention, as well as growing service lines
*Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on driving high performance and client-centric service delivery.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage senior-level client relationships effectively.
*Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational improvements and efficiency.
*High level of technical expertise in fund accounting, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
*Proficiency in fund accounting software (e.g., Investran, eFront, or similar platforms) and advanced Excel skills.
