Location: Frinton-on-Sea

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client care? We have an exciting opportunity within our Private Client Department in Frinton-on-Sea.
About the Role
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our Private Client team, assisting with matters such as Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration. This is a varied and rewarding role where attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
*Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
*Handling telephone calls and client enquiries professionally
*Maintaining accurate client records and case files
*Assisting with billing and general office administration
About You
*Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Private Client
*Strong typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
*Discreet and professional with a commitment to client confidentiality
