Customer Service Advisor
*Annual Salary: £24,000-£26,000

Day-to-day of the role:
*Monitor the live customer service pipeline and manage all incoming projects, ensuring they are up to date and closing down completed jobs.
*Review installation diaries daily to identify and react to any service requests.
*Plan and organise service technician diaries, prioritising work based on urgency and importance.
*Collaborate closely with field engineers to ensure the delivery of high standards of customer care.
*Continuously seek opportunities to improve our service delivery, aligning with our goal to enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Highly organised with strong planning skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
*Ability to work methodically and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Proactive in using initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
*Confident in using Microsoft/Google systems.
*Previous experience in a similar customer service role, including handling complaints.
*Professional presentation and a warm demeanor.
*Highly motivated to exceed customer expectations.
*Flexible and solutions-focused attitude.
