This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Internal Communications professional with a strong track record in financial services, wealth management or another regulated environment. You will be the central point for internal communication across the group, creating clarity, alignment and connection for colleagues at every level.
The role suits someone who enjoys operating autonomously, is confident partnering with senior leaders, and is passionate about making complex information accessible, engaging and authentic. If you are looking for a hands-on, high-impact internal communications role where your work shapes culture and engagement, this will be of interest.
The Business
The organisation is a national wealth-management group with a values-led culture and a strong ambition to help clients live their best financial lives. The business is continuing to scale, bringing regional firms together under one model. You will work closely with the CEO Office, Chief of Staff, Executive Team and Marketing & Communications to ensure all internal messaging reflects brand identity, tone of voice and values. The business operates a modern, collaborative model with a strong focus on culture, inclusion and one-team thinking.
The Role
Your role is to connect colleagues with the strategy and performance of the organisation. Day-to-day, you will develop and deliver internal communications that keep everyone informed, included and inspired.
You will plan and manage the communications calendar, draft written content, publish updates, and provide materials for senior leaders. A typical week will include writing CEO messages, preparing communications for leadership events, coordinating intranet and channel updates, and working closely with HR and People Leaders to support engagement priorities.
You will proactively gather feedback through surveys, analytics and conversations, using insights to continuously improve how communication lands. Independence, pace and ownership are central to this role, and you will be trusted to deliver.
Key Responsibilities

*Maintain ownership of the internal communications calendar
*Translate strategic priorities and performance into clear, accessible messaging
*Support the CEO Office, Chief of Staff and senior leaders with communication materials
*Oversee internal channels including email platforms, intranet and digital communication tools
*Ensure alignment with HR, Marketing and cultural messaging across the business
*Support engagement through surveys, analytics and colleague feedback
Experience and skills required
*Proven experience in internal or corporate communications within financial services or a regulated environment
*Ability to draft, edit and publish high-impact written content under tight deadlines
*Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing and shaping messaging
*Confidence managing a multi-channel communications plan from planning through to measurement
*Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
*Digitally fluent and confident using Microsoft 365 tools and publishing platforms
Benefits
*Competitive salary
*10% bonus scheme
*Private medical care
*Death in service (4x base salary)
*Remote working with national collaboration
*The chance to play a pivotal role in shaping how colleagues connect with the strategy, culture and purpose of the business
*28 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
