Senior Associate up to Partner level

What will you do?
*Advise on complex planning applications
*Section 106 agreements, Section 278 agreements
*General planning advice in respect of major development schemes in the waste sector, the affordable housing sector & private developer sector
*Enforcement issues, High Court litigation and public inquiry work
*Judicial review
*Planning and environmental due diligence on commercial and corporate transactions
*Act for planning authorities in relation to CPO work
*Advising developers, funders and purchasers on contaminated land and remediation liability
*Give advice on invasive & protected species
*Environmental impact assessment
What will you need?
*To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
*At least 6 years planning experience
