Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Transition from Sales
Location: Central London

As part of a specialist recruitment team, you’ll learn how to identify strong candidates, understand client needs, and oversee the full hiring process across professional industries.
What You’ll Do:
*Source candidates through direct outreach, networking, and research
*Hold screening conversations and assess suitability
*Write and post job adverts, reviewing applications as they come in
*Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process
*Build and maintain client relationships
*Work towards individual and team targets with uncapped commission
What You’ll Bring:
*Experience in sales, telesales, or any KPI-driven role
*Clear communication skills and confidence influencing others
*Ambition, competitiveness, and a desire to earn well
*A strong work ethic and the ability to handle a fast-paced workload
What You’ll Receive:
*£27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
*Year 1 OTE: £38,000–£48,000
*Year 2 OTE: £45,000–£70,000
*Year 3 OTE: £70,000–£100,000+
*Transparent progression with regular promotions
