Job Description:
Lecturer – Inclusive Practice
*Hourly Rate: £30 - £35
*Location: Buckinghamshire
*Job Type: FT 23 hours teaching 5.5 hours admin
We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Inclusive Practice for our Buckinghamshire campus. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about education and specialise in inclusive educational practices. The position is set to start on 5th January.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver 23 hours of teaching per week, focusing on Inclusive Practice.
*Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that cater to diverse learning needs.
*Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
*Manage 5 hours of administrative responsibilities weekly, including maintaining student records and participating in departmental meetings.
*Support the academic and personal development of students through inclusive and accessible teaching methods.
*Stay updated with current educational research and practices related to inclusivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field with a focus on inclusive practices.
*Proven experience in teaching or a related educational role.
*Strong understanding of inclusive educational methodologies and practices.
*Excellent organizational and communication skills.
*Ability to inspire and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
