*Job Title/Location: Client Success Manager, London
*Office/WFH: 3-days office + 2 days WFH
*Salary: To £44,000 + bonus
*Requirements: An Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager background, ideally within Financial Services, Banking or Insurance and a history of increasing engagement. A creative thinker who has made efficiencies and/or innovations in the service delivered to clients.
*Role Snapshot: Maintaining & developing relationships with partner businesses, monitoring engagement, putting together bespoke promotion plans and arranging regular client meetings to share engagement insights.

The Role: This Client Success Manager role is all about the financial wellbeing of client firm employees and the continued expansion of the number of partner firms our client works with. You will look after a number of corporate partners and your responsibilities will include those mentioned in the Role Snapshot above, as well as:
*Assisting with new Partner pitches and the resulting onboarding processes
*Attending events at client offices, all expenses covered
*Organising webinars, providing Partners with information on any resulting employee engagement
*Keeping updated on market news to assist with webinar content creation
Skills / Experience Required: For this Client Success Manager vacancy, our client is looking for previous account management or client relationship management experience, ideally within either Financial Services, Banking or Insurance. You must be a creative thinker with the ability to create bespoke services to suit partner firms and you should be able to demonstrate that you have made efficiencies or innovations in the service you have delivered to clients.
Additional Information: The Client Success Manager salary is to £44,000 + bonus. This is a hybrid role, 3-days p/w in the office & 2 days WFH with company pension, 25 days holiday and staff discount scheme. Please apply below.
