What You’ll Be Doing*Developing relationships with senior clients and candidates
*Identifying, headhunting, and approaching top-level talent
*Managing the end-to-end Executive Search process
*Preparing candidates and arranging interviews
*Negotiating and closing senior-level offers
*Working to clear targets and earning uncapped commission
